Professional Development

SERK provides a wide variety of professional development opportunities to Keystone STARS practitioners. These opportunities include training on issues related to childcare as well as credit bearing opportunities at regional colleges and universities. SERK supports both Child Development Associate (CDA) and Director’s Credential course work.

Supporting Highly Qualified Staff

SERK and its partners at the PA Key and OCDEL are committed to ensuring that all practitioners have opportunities to pursue further education and increase their qualifications.
