  • SERK Honor Roll

Public Health Management Corporation’s Southeast Regional Key began its operation on July 1, 2010: nearly one year ago. In order to recognize a few “STARS” who “shine bright” to SERK’s staff, each member of the SERK team has identified a SERK honor roll nominee(s). The nominee(s) are individuals or organization that stood out for various reasons in the eyes of the SERK staff member and, therefore, that we want to recognize and commend for their work.

Find the full list of nominees here.

  • Thank you for your Participation

On March 29, 2011, PHMC took part in the Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child literacy program, a statewide campaign to highlight the importance of early literacy development in preschoolers ages three to six through a single, shared reading experience. We would like to thank all of the SERK and Out-of-School-Time programs who helped make the event a huge success. More than 9,000 children were read to, throughout sites in Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

“My STARS coordinator is very helpful. If I need information and I can’t find it, she’s always able to find it for me.”

– Patricia, Montgomery County
