In order to assist programs in starting with STARS, we are
pleased to present to you the STARS orientation. This orientation
is MANDATORY for any new program who would like to enter the start
with STARS level. Existing programs may send staff to the STARS
orientation to provide information on Keystones STARS and to help
them understand a continuous quality improvement Process.
